by Troy J. Hines

"The Odyssey of Aziz" by Troy J. Hines, is a narrative poem and short story, that has intertwined elements of urban life and fantasy into a tapestry of street language, religion, culture, and fiction.  The main character Aziz represents all that is good and righteous in the world, and to assume his rightful place next to God, he must triumph over a giant snake named Bose (the German word for evil; pronounced, /booz/) who represents the Devil."
